How We Get It Done

Three clear stages take your project from the first conversation to the day you receive the keys. Here is what happens at each one, and what we need from you.

STEP 1

Consultation & Planning

Every project starts with a conversation. We want to understand what you are building, why, and what constraints you are working within before we put a number on anything.

What we do

  • Meet you to understand the brief, budget and timeline
  • Visit the site and note access, levels, soil and services
  • Prepare a clear written quote with scope and assumptions
  • Agree milestones and a realistic programme

What we need from you

  • Share drawings, plans or ideas if you have them
  • Tell us your budget range and ideal completion date
  • Confirm ownership and access to the site
OutcomeA written quote, agreed scope and a programme you can hold us to.
STEP 2

Design & Construction

Once scope and price are agreed, we finalise designs, organise materials and crews, and build. Quality is checked as we go, not left to the end.

What we do

  • Finalise drawings and specifications with you for approval
  • Mobilise crews, materials and equipment
  • Inspect each stage of work before the next one starts
  • Send regular progress updates and explain any change before it is added

What we need from you

  • Approve designs and any changes in writing
  • Visit the site as often as you like
  • Make stage payments as agreed in the quote
OutcomeThe building or works completed to the approved design, with a progress record along the way.
STEP 3

Final Inspection & Handover

Before we call a job finished, we walk it with you. Anything that is not right goes on a list and gets fixed before handover.

What we do

  • Carry out a full inspection and prepare a snag list
  • Fix outstanding items and re-inspect
  • Clean the site and remove surplus materials
  • Hand over keys, documents and any guarantees

What we need from you

  • Walk the finished project with us
  • Confirm the snag list is closed to your satisfaction
  • Sign off on handover
