Getting started

How does the estimate process work?

We walk the site, confirm scope against your drawings (or help you develop them), and return a fixed estimate within five business days. There's no charge and no obligation for the initial walkthrough.

How far in advance should I contact you?

For custom homes, 3–6 months before your target start date gives enough runway for design and permitting. Renovations and build-outs can often start sooner.

Budget & financing

Is the estimate a fixed price or does it change?

Our estimates are fixed once scope is locked. If you request changes mid-project, we'll price that change separately before any work proceeds. You'll never see a surprise charge on an invoice.

Do you help with financing or draws?

We don't provide financing directly, but we regularly work with clients' construction lenders and can structure our invoicing around standard draw schedules.

Timeline & process

How long does a typical project take?

Custom homes typically run 7–14 months depending on size and site conditions. Renovations and build-outs range from 6 weeks to several months. We'll give you a specific schedule with your estimate.

How will I know what's happening on site?

You'll get weekly site photos and a standing call with your project manager. You're welcome to visit the site any time, but most clients don't need to.

Permits & insurance

Do you handle permitting?

Yes. We pull all required permits as part of every project and handle inspections directly with the city.

Are you licensed and insured?
